AUSIN Fire Resistance Doors offer an excellent adaptability with facing finishes such as veneers, painted, laminated, steel, stainless steel and etc. AUSIN fire-rated doors have been designed and tested to serve as Architectural and Acoustic door under normal conditions.

AUSIN Core is a composite fire door system, which comprises of Perlite and Gypsum which provide excellent stability, integrity and insulation properties. This innovative design contributes to an environment friendly product.

Under fire tests, AUSIN Core does not char nor contribute fumes or smoke, contain non-asbestos & carcinogen fibre and non-combustible material. We have send AUSIN Core for tests conducted internationally to certify the quality of AUSIN fire doors and have achieved a fire rating of 1-4 hours.

AUSIN Core has also passed impact test to CNS 11227, after 60 minutes of fire test, door was impact with steel ball on unexposed side of fire door.
